YUMMY!! This potato salad is popping with flavor. Made with Dijon mustard is certainly has a kick. My family thought this was wonderful (well except for Alex who proclaimed, "I don't like sinagrette"). Keep your eyes peeled as this one will definitely be a recipe of the week.
